It was my first time to experience our Chinese New Year abroad. It was so exciting that a lot of people joined it. People were not only Finnish and Chinese, but they were some students and visitors also from other countries.

To join the game and enjoy it! I was very lucky to be one of the performers on the platform. What was I show at the platform? That was the dragon dancing. I had participated the Chinese dragon dancing team in our university(TKK). Even if we were amateurish and didn't practice for a long time, we did our best durning our training. Fortunately, we didn't disappoint our audience-people gathered around the platform and smiling until all the programs over.

Another exciting thing was that everyone counted backwards from 10 to 1 according to the Chinese time. In the square, we had a very large LCD screen which was playing channel CCTV 4 simultaneously with every Chinese family.

Therefor, when a few friends asked me, "how is your Spring Festial?" I had to say, "I felt like I was in China even I live in Finland". One thing which impressed me very much is that I saw the smile in everybody's face and they enjoyed themselves. How successful it is! As a foreigner, when I learn exotic culture, I hope I could transmit our culture and share our festive celebrition to every one:-)

Jag har en mamma och en pappa. Min pappa heter Guixiang och min mamma heter Huihua. Mina föräldrar bor i Foshan. Min pappa är lärare, my pappa är pensionärer. Jag har en bror. Han heter Yimin. Min bror är chef av fabrik och bor i Foshan. Han är gift och hans hustru är stav i bank. Hustru heter Fang. Yimin och Fang har ett barn, en pojke som är tolv år gammal. Han heter Hao. Hao studerar vid skola. Han vill bli vetenskapsman.

Mina farföräldrar är avlidna och mina mormor är pensionärer. Jag har tre fabröder och fyra faster. Jag har fyra morstrar och en morbröder, men ett av dem är avlidna. Sammanlagt har jag elva kusiner.
