出国留学DIY ——经验小总结

择校篇（1）

大一参加新东方的TOEFL，当时的赵丽老师就对我们说，大学毕业有三条路选择，第一是就业——比较艰苦，第二是考研——比较痛苦，第三也是出国留学——毕业后的最高境界。

说到出国留学，很多人都认为这是富人拥有的特权。因为出国留学费用并不便宜：美国，英国为第一档次20~30万/年；加拿大，澳大利亚，新西兰，荷兰列第二档15~20万/年。当然能在美国拿到奖学金是最幸运的，但对于大多数工薪家庭来说，一年顶这么多可不是容易的事情。如果想想毕业后回来，投资了几十万回来那个几千元的工资，性价比不高（很多人想出国就不回来，其实这是很难的，除非是学计算机，学技术或者找个外国人结婚，像我们这些学商，学管理之类一般是留不下的）。留学就像是在买衣服，物美价廉，真的要花一番心思……

当时上完新东方TOEFL班，也大概了解到出国留学的相关信息，结合自己家庭的实际情况，出国梦几乎破灭。第一，投资巨大，还本无期。第二，自己只是工薪家庭，毕业后没有多少关系能担任职高薪职位。第三，出国留学的人越来越多，洋文凭的光环也没有以前那么闪亮。要找一个性价比高的地方可真要花一些心思！打开全球高校500强排行榜看，排在里面也有来自不同发达国家的高校。瑞典，丹麦，芬兰，挪威，冰岛和马耳他等等，一些国家既熟悉但又缺乏了解。德国和法国的免学费教育已早有听闻，但由于留学人员日益增多，这些国家的财政压力增加，所以两国的一些学校已经开始征收学费了。其实北欧五国也一样有着类似的政策，不过丹麦在06年就开始收学费了，瑞典和芬兰正在酝酿……经过详细调查，在瑞典，芬兰，挪威一年总费用5万~6万（冰岛大学很有名气，但太冷，所以没有考虑），留学费用低廉，很适合像我这样的工薪家庭。至于有什么名校？瑞典的斯德哥尔摩大学，隆德大学，哥德堡大学，乌普萨拉大学，瑞典皇家理工大学，查尔姆斯理工大学等等，乌普萨拉大学是北欧最古老的学校，1477年建校，也是诺贝尔奖获得者最多的高校之一。芬兰的赫尔辛基理工大学，赫尔辛基艺术与设计大学，赫尔辛基商学院（现在3校合并为Aalto大学），赫尔辛基大学等等。挪威的奥斯陆大学，挪威科技和自然大学，卑尔根大学，挪威农业大学等等。还有大家不熟悉但排名前100的马耳他大学（马耳他是地中海里面的一个岛国，旅游业为主）。除了性价比，大家都会考虑的是这些国家的国民英语能力。在English Skills-At least conversation level (Europeans and languages; European Commission 2005)的报告中，后面的是瑞典85%，丹麦83%，挪威（missing），芬兰(60%)（而小国马耳他则89%）。但是，我们熟悉的国家德国51%，法国34%，意大利29%。相对其他非英语国家而言，北欧各国也比较高度国际化很多。还有的是国家竞争力如何？北欧都是小国家，人口最多的瑞典也900多万人，但小国里却出现了很多国际知名的品牌，像家知户晓的NOKIA，Ericsson，Absolut Vodka，UPM，LEGO等等。而且，我们也可以从OECD经合组织的报告中看出，北欧各国在世界竞争力的各项指标中分列前10，在创新性这项指标中，芬兰，瑞典更为列第一和第二。最后，一个比较关注的问题是社会安全问题。可以肯定的说，如果北欧社会安全算糟糕的，世界上没有一个更安全，更廉洁的国家了。还有的是，这些国家人人平等，不论男女，不论种族，不分肤色，所有工作都一视同仁，只要勤奋，总是赢得尊敬的：）

一个国家的强大和它自身的国民教育分不开，这是毋庸置疑的定论。从性价比，从国民的英语水平，从国家竞争力，从社会安全等等问题上考虑，本人最终选择了圣诞老人的故乡——芬兰。

择校篇（2）

当选择了一个国家或一个区域后，然后就是根据自己的专业，兴趣去选择有合适和相关专业的名校。本人是学房地产经营管理，对房地产及相关专业有着浓厚的兴趣，所以选择了芬兰赫尔辛基理工大学（TKK）的房地产投资融资（Real Estate Investment and Finance）和瑞典皇家理工学院（KTH）的房地产管理（Real Estate Management）作为目标。一个比较关注的问题是能不能跨专业学习？其实如果是专业相关性比较大，跨专业是可以的。但如果专业跨度太大，本科学计算机申请经济管理类的研究生就比较难了。既然是名校，竞争性肯定比较大，而且竞争对手不只是局限在国内，而是全世界有着共同目标的同学。据本人了解，一些高校选择学生的参考标准如下，IELTS成绩达到该校该专业要求（最低要求6.5），然后是大学专业是否对口，大学成绩，获得什么奖项，发表什么论文或创作（商科要求GMAT成绩，有的理工类学校要求GRE）等等。他们在录取时进行公式化将以上项目进行加权平均，最后录取名额数内排在前面的同学。所以大家千万别走入误区，如果有志要出国留学，大学成绩一定要重视和认真对待！通常大学所有学科平均分达到80分以上比较保险。

PS：我没有怂恿大家去北欧留学的意思，到哪里留学都是个人的选择，所以本作者很尊重每一位有志出国留学的决定，我也只是根据个人实际情况做出的决定。

材料准备篇

既然选定了学校，然后就是要看该校对申请者的要求。参考了众多学校的录取要求，以下几项都是必须准备的材料：1、英语能力测试成绩单，IELTS/TOEFL；2、大学成绩单；3、学位学士证书（多公证一份留给签证）；4、填写Application Form；5、个人陈述或动机信；6、大学教授讲师推荐信最少2封。有的学校还要求GMAT或者GRE等成绩单，特别是商学院，GMAT都是必不可少的！还有的要求被公正的护照复印件；甚至高中毕业证等等。这些要看你要申请的学校的要求了。

一般来说，比较好的学校由于竞争人数激烈，IELTS通常6.5以上。据说英国的一些学校要求达到7.5甚至8分，具体要看学校看专业而定。大学成绩要非常重视，上面已说明，想读好学校就要求大学有好成绩！Application Form在你想申请的那个学校上有，可以自己填写。个人陈述和动机信是描述你为什么要申请这个学校，申请这个专业等等，网上有模板下载。再次是推荐信，其实推荐信都是自己完成，然后找教授或者讲师签名什么的。需要找的教授不一定要很讲究，除非那个教授在你申请那个专业来说世界闻名，或者和你母校和申请那个学校有交流合作项目，一般教授或者所谓国内非常“牛”的教授都是让人感到非常陌生的。所以这些不一定太讲究，一般教授是足够的了。

谈谈申请学校的期限，对于北欧来说，好的学校申请截止日期是次年的1月份左右。这些信息都可以在你要到哪个学校留学的Application Guide上看到。所以要计算好最后考IELTS/TOEFL的时间，尽量给自己多留些时间准备好申请材料！

签证篇

等待录取结果是一个非常痛苦的事情，不过如果准备充分，总会有懂千里马的伯乐出现的！Good Luck！

录取通知书发现来，就得赶紧做4件非常重要的事情：1、签证；2、住宿；3、机票；4、出国的行李包。签证通常是比较花费时间和影响后面各流程完成的最大因素。所以在收到通知书后就立刻准备好签证材料，尽快送去领事馆并约好下次面试时间。以下是芬兰签证的要求提供的资料：

签证申请者须具有：
1. 大学录取通知书，及复印件。
2. 自行办理最低金额为6000美元（数额以零零年十月汇率为计算）的汇票。及复印件二份。
3. (A) 最高学历公证书，并经外交部领事司认证。(B)户籍的出生公证书。及它们的英文页的复印件二份。
4. 进行学术类的雅斯(IELTS)英文水平测试。如果申请人得到的是综合性大学的录取通知书且被给与学位，该项免除，短期一年之内的学习该项也免除，成绩单需二份复印件。
5. 有效护照，二张照片，英文填写表格及回答问题。及回答问题的复印件。
6. 签证处理费每人510元人民币。
7. 递交申请时，需接受面试。
8. 公派留学生，需出示照会。
注：除表格外，所有文件皆请准备原件及必需的复印件共二份。

附：现在芬兰签证还需要提供最高保额3万欧元的保险。

面签并不是一件神秘的事情，所以大家不用过渡紧张。面试只是检查申请人填写申请form的信息是否属实。面签时，签证官还会问一些额外问题，例如:你对芬兰有什么印象？为什么选择芬兰？在国内有没有男女朋友？（即使有最好说没有，说有他就多问一些问题的）毕业后有什么打算之类的问题。所以把信息很好地向签证官表达出来，签证是没有问题的。

签证时间从面试到签证下来，有的需要2个星期，但也有1个多月才能下来的。在这段时间里也可以做其他事情——申请宿舍和预订机票。申请住宿日期最好越早越好，因为这些跟名次排名有关的。预订机票不难，可以找计票代理。

出国留学的流程其实也差不多了。出国留学是可以DIY的，而且从中也能学到很多东西。有的同学找中介机构，那中介机构是做什么呢？第一，按照专业选择出一些学校并填写申请表；第二，使用他们的动机信或个人陈述和推荐信模板给你量身定做一份或两份。其他的材料他们会通知申请者公证或准备等等。

如果我们不通过中介申请留学，好处是可以节省一笔费用（申请北欧代理费12000元，DIY节省9000~10000元左右），而且在DIY时可以学习到一些东西（留学流程）。通过中介可以说是买一个信心，而且节省时间（找国家找学校，填写申请表，个人陈述，推荐信等）。一个中介的老师说，通过中介可以节省些时间多学些英语（个人认为，自己通过这个流程，特别写Personal Statement & Recommendation letter时候英语也有一定的提高，见仁见智）。但是通过中介要多支付更多的费用。

My summer job

The summer was coming; my first year studying aboard was almost finished. If I can’t get the job in this summer, I would become a loser (That was one of my Finnish friends saying). So I was hurry with my summer job application (the closer to my major was the better). It would be wrong if you think it was easy to get the job in Finland. I don’t really know Finnish and Swedish. The society is very realistic. Supposed if there were some foreigners in China but they didn’t know Chinese, do you think they could be attempted to get the jobs easily?

So I had tried hard to apply the job in China-the Chinese real estate companies. In the processing when I applied the jobs in both Finland and China, I found something very interesting. No matter how busy the Finnish company works, it will reply you the application form by machine or by the HR person. However, applying jobs in Chinese companies likes throwing stones into the sea. You will never know the process and the result…The games played in China are totally different in aboard. I will mention it later. So I cannot get any job before the plane took off from Finland.

It is very lucky to get the summer job (I also said it the internship) in Pearl River Investment Corporation which is top 10 real estate developing company in China. After I got off the plane, I immediately gave a call to any potential company, the Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Stanley, Baoli, Jindi and Pearl River. After I gave them the phone, I found that all of them used other special Email addresses other than which they put on the webpage. It made me mad! The EA on the webpage is faked! We know that every application takes every candidate many times to fill…In the responses, the HR manager in CBRE told me they didn’t need any internship during summer. While both Jones Lang LaSalle and Stanley were interesting at my educational background but they had recruited enough interns. They just gave me special EAs and left me into the databases. Furthermore, I was not able to contact with the HR of Baoli and Jindi. They probably use other available numbers too.

If you never give up, gob never gives up you! I had attempted to call Pearl River. They need interns from universities. The qualifications of it were relative majors, juniors or 1^st year master-program students with famous university background. It was my only and last hope. I would waste the whole summer if I got nothing from such a life buoy. So I called several times until they got my call. Actually, they did really need people to work for them. With my confidence and my educational background, I, of course, got the easily. (:P) They warmly welcomed me to join them and I would not disappoint them with contributing what I had learnt in Finland…

PS:

After I worked in Pearl River Investment, I had the chances to be access to the recruitment process. Every day when they turn on the computer, they will receive thousands of application forms. And the personnel administrators did not and cannot read the resumes from everybody with so many other works on their hands. Then, they selected the candidates from their standards, good-looking, good university and good major (the 3G). However, they will not follow this standard if they are very busy during the day. The whole resumes will be canceled if they are busy; if not, they just have time to read a few of them, 20, 30 or more. It likes the gambling! I think we just waste time if we really want to apply a good job in a company through internet, especially in such a big big company. So just call them then you will success if you are lucky! Collected the money for Sichuan Compatriots in Finland

After the earthquake happened in Wenchuan, China(May 12, 2008), a lot of people lost their relatives, families and appartment. It was a tragic catestrophy to us before the Olympic Games.

As Chinese students who are studying in Finland, our hearts still connect to our mother country – China. We also wanted to do something which can help the Sichuan victims. So in Finland, one of my schoolfellows Lee, had contacted with the Red Cross and organized an activities to collect money in the high density places - Kamppi, Rail Way Station and Tapiola.

The thing most impressed me was that the back of every Finns I saw after they donated money. They were not Chinese. They had no responsibility to give the money to help the victims in China... (Some people in China always compared how much did this contry give? How much did that contry give? How was the rank of every contry? I don't agree it was a wisdom thing. Why we had to force other to donate more money? That was not a total competition.) People, especially the elderly people, were likely to give. No matter what they weared, no matter what they did, I noded my head with Kiitos to them after they inserted coins or paper currencies. Another impressing thing happened to me was that the parents were likely to give the coins to their baby or very young child and let them to donate it. Though they probably didn't know what happen because they were so young, I knew that their parents want to foster them a good habit(The Truth of Rich, a rich people is always being rich in their spirit).

When I lived in Finnish Society, I found that I have been loving to live in Finland gradually. They are very kind, friendly and selfleness. I never forget their faces and backs.

　　The earthquake destroy our hometown. We have nothing now. Many people have no home. Many children become a lonely. This is happen on 2008.5.12. In that time, we are just have the first class in the afternoon. The earthquake came too quick and have no expect. It was very fear. But I saw the death people, my heart is hurt, I cried, have no cry sounds except tears.(眼泪直流，但哭不出声。)

　　After earthquake. We all have nothing. It is the ChangHong Company give us the help. They give us food, water, and clothes. The important they will rebuilt the Bei yi Zhong(北一中，北川县第一中学). They give us help. We will not forget forever.

The earthquake happened in Sichuan, China.

A lot of people got hurt.

Wen is our good prime minister. After the earthquke happened, he arrived at Sichuan immediately to direct the aid and appease the viktims alive.

Soldiers never stop to save every life.

Everyone prayed for the Sichuan.

Before the torch relaying, everyone standed in silent tribute. The torch-relayings are promoting for collecting money to the disaster area right now.

We will never stop for 1 life

When the journalist walked into the disaster area, he cried for everything what he saw...Even the Japanese newscaster, someboby who see the photos will not stop grief for it. Until right now, there are about 20'000 people died in the tragedy. The government estimated that the number will be increasing to 50'000. It is one of the huge tragedy in the human history. We will never forget it!

Crazy days

In period 4, I have to complete 21 credits which just last for more than 2 months. We don't have any exam and I thought everything would be easy-going. But actually, it is not. pre-assignments, learning diary and teamworks....

The 8 credits course - Corporate Real Estate Management, if I use one word to describe, CRAZY!! It has been torturing me till now. First, we need the pre-exam after we need to read one book for preparation. Then, before classes, we have to finish the pre-assignments after read 7~20 pages materials. Furthermore, a learning diary would be followed by every class. During the study, we also have a teamwork for a case. Last but not least, the total learning diary for all of the staff...

Besides that, both of Game in Urban Planning and Development and Analysis of Real Estate Assets have make me crazy too. It seems that the deadlines are never ended, and the dark world is lived by crazy men...

Freedom!!! I need holidays!!

Hyvää kiinalainen uutta vuotta(Happy Chinese New Year)

It was my first time to experience our Chinese New Year abroad. It was so exciting that a lot of people joined it. People were not only Finnish and Chinese, but they were some students and visitors also from other countries.

To join the game and enjoy it! I was very lucky to be one of the performers on the platform. What was I show at the platform? That was the dragon dancing. I had participated the Chinese dragon dancing team in our university(TKK). Even if we were amateurish and didn't practice for a long time, we did our best durning our training. Fortunately, we didn't disappoint our audience-people gathered around the platform and smiling until all the programs over.

Another exciting thing was that everyone counted backwards from 10 to 1 according to the Chinese time. In the square, we had a very large LCD screen which was playing channel CCTV 4 simultaneously with every Chinese family.

Therefor, when a few friends asked me, "how is your Spring Festial?" I had to say, "I felt like I was in China even I live in Finland". One thing which impressed me very much is that I saw the smile in everybody's face and they enjoyed themselves. How successful it is! As a foreigner, when I learn exotic culture, I hope I could transmit our culture and share our festive celebrition to every one:-)

My first Swedish paper-Min familj

Jag har en mamma och en pappa. Min pappa heter Guixiang och min mamma heter Huihua. Mina föräldrar bor i Foshan. Min pappa är lärare, my pappa är pensionärer. Jag har en bror. Han heter Yimin. Min bror är chef av fabrik och bor i Foshan. Han är gift och hans hustru är stav i bank. Hustru heter Fang. Yimin och Fang har ett barn, en pojke som är tolv år gammal. Han heter Hao. Hao studerar vid skola. Han vill bli vetenskapsman.

Mina farföräldrar är avlidna och mina mormor är pensionärer. Jag har tre fabröder och fyra faster. Jag har fyra morstrar och en morbröder, men ett av dem är avlidna. Sammanlagt har jag elva kusiner.

   “他是个传奇人物，一生起伏跌宕”，美国脱口秀主持人拉里•金在一次对Donald Trump的采访中以这句话作了开场白，后来他又补充到：“现在没有低潮，未来只有高潮”。
他是美国最成功的房地产开发商。在纽约，Trump的名字是与这座城市最繁华的地段联系在一起的，包括第五大道的Trump摩天大楼，被Conde Nast Traveler选为全美最好的Trump国际旅馆，坐落于华尔街40号的Trump世界大楼以及Trump公园大厦。Donald Trump已经将“Trump”发展成为一个品牌，它代表着房地产市场中最高端的那块领域，“Trump”这个名字就意味着等级和质量。
三岁学做房地产生意
    1946年6月14日，Donald Trump出生在纽约市一个富足的家庭。家族自祖父起便开始经商，父亲发现房地产生意利润丰厚，于是创办了“Trump公司”，专门在纽约市皇后区及邻近地区兴建并经营中型公寓，供一般民众租赁或购买。
家庭的影响，Donald Trump从小就很了解房地产业。他说他三岁时就开始从父亲与客户的谈判中学习房地产，十岁时已经知道怎样盖房子了。他从他父亲那里学会了坚持、激励别人、高效率，也学会了经营房地产的四步法则：出击、完成、正确完成、脱手。直到现在，Trump仍然认为经营房地产只有这四个步骤。在沃顿商学院攻读房地产学位期间， Trump孜孜不倦地汲取商业领域新知，培养机敏生意眼光。
从中等公寓计划进入曼哈顿核心地段
大学一毕业，Donald Trump即进入父亲创建的房地产公司任职。Trump自认比父亲更具野心，他父亲虽然是个成功的商人，但只敢在纽约郊区发展，父亲赖以取得成功的简易住宅领域也远远不能满足儿子的雄心壮志。Trump不愿待在生活圈子狭窄的纽约市皇后区，宁可独自迁居繁华热闹的曼哈顿。因为他明白，这里才是房地产业的心脏地带，尽管全世界只有几个房地产巨头有资格在此立足。Trump对他的大学同学说：“我要改变纽约的天际。”
在曼哈顿的开始几年中，命运之神似乎没有注意到这个踌躇满志的小伙子。Trump每天都耐心地等待着梦想实现的机会。一直到1973年，他的第一次机会终于降临了。这一年，纽约市曼哈顿区的“宾夕法尼亚中央铁路公司”宣告破产，并决定出售原铁路资产，Trump的眼睛立即盯上了资产表中的两个废弃停车场。经过双方几轮谈判，1974年，Trump顺利拿到了这两块地皮。
他的初步开发计划是兴建面向中等收入者提供的公寓楼。因为当时纽约市政府给中等公寓楼的建筑者提供了一项米奇尔——拉马计划，即向建筑商提供长期低息贷款并减免税收。但是由于纽约市1975年的经济形势不尽人意，政府取消了这项资助，Trump迅速制订了一项新计划，即在其中一幅土地上建造一个会议中心大厦。但是新的困难很快出现：政府几年前就规划修建一个会议中心，但是位置并不在此处。这一次，Trump巧妙地利用新闻媒介，向公众宣传只有自己的地皮最适合于建造会议中心。不懈的宣传引起了公众的兴趣，并促使政府最终于1978年批准在此建造会议中心。Trump得寸进尺地向市政府要求用“Trump”命名此会议中心，可惜遭市政府拒绝。这一次的交易给Trump带来的利润不足100万，但这是他进军曼哈顿的第一次成功。
    1975年，Trump拿到了他的第二个项目。他以1千万美元买进邻近纽约中央火车站的破旧旅馆，用以重建豪华酒店。当时这片街区已经衰败，Trump却非要化腐朽为神奇，试图建造一座优雅的高档建筑来复兴这个曾经的纽约中心地段，所有人都认为他疯了。然而经过五年的运筹帷幄，他不仅说服市政府给予40年减税优惠、顺利办妥贷款手续，还成功说服凯悦集团和他合伙开发。他又一次成功了。1980年竣工的“凯悦大饭店”，成为了当地的地标，带动了周围街区的经济繁荣。这是Trump房地产事业上的重要里程碑，彰显出Trump锐不可当的企业才华，他也因此被媒体称为“拯救者”。
1979年，Donald Trump的第三个项目，世界闻名的“Trump大厦”破土动工。为了使其成为名符其实的豪华住宅，Trump采用了最好的建材，并提出了这样的口号——“出售神奇和梦幻”。Trump大厦的整个工程，包括土地、建筑成本、广告宣传费等一共花了1.9亿元，但大厦尚未完工，公寓的销售额已达到24亿元。这个无与伦比的成功奠定了Trump的经济基础，也使他成为了房地产界的名人。
随后，Donald Trump又建造了“Trump世界大楼”等著名建筑，并逐渐将投资范围延伸至房地产以外的行业，开设赌场、经营航运、主掌职业足球队、赞助职业拳击赛等。巨大的财富和多年积攒的深厚人脉关系，使Donald Trump的声望盛极一时，他只需以“Trump”之名为保证，就有数家银行愿意随时提供他千万美元的贷款金额。
在市场调整期的二度创业
房地产开发是高风险行业，在任何国家亦然。短暂的繁荣虽然能够带来令人瞠目的高额利润，但一旦需求下滑并使竞争加剧，开发商就将成为高淘汰率的职业。
    1990年初，美国经济持续衰退，房地产业不景气，Donald Trump拥有的房地产也贬值，这段时期是Trump最艰难的时期。他债台高筑，个人债务高达9亿美元，每年单是利息的负担就多达两亿余美元，他本人的午餐费按破产委员会的规定不能超过10美元。当时的美国媒体纷纷发表评论声称Trump无法东山再起了。但是从来没有服过输的Donald Trump，却面带着英雄式的“Trump微笑”，抛出了他的名言：“如果有任何人以为我的前途会黯淡无光，那他就大错特错了”。
曾经慷慨借贷巨款给Trump的银行团，意识到一旦Trump宣告破产，不仅会失去利息，可能本钱都拿不回来，各银行于是允许他暂缓支付部分贷款利息。同时该方案也规定暂由银行团监管Trump手下的房地产，直到他有能力还债。
面对困境，Donald Trump以沉稳坚毅的态度继续着他的商业探险。1995年开始，他重整旗鼓，一面处理债务，一面继续执行其缜密的投资计划，陆续收回被银行团监管的房地产。及至1999年，Trump再度活跃于房地产、赌场、娱乐界、体育界和交通界的投资活动。

    Donald Trump的成功经验并不复杂，但他却是不可复制的。项目位置的选择需要非凡的商业眼光，追求奢华的开发理念可能会遭遇市场的无情打击。面对Donald Trump，我们首先需要记住的，也许是他身陷窘境发出的豪言和不可击败的“Trump微笑”。

Christmas in Finland

Everyone know that Finland is the hometown of Santa Claus, so I hoped there would be something speical for the holiday.

However, there was nothing speical in Finland for Christmas. Before Christmas day, we had to bought a lot of food, coz the supermarket would closed during the holiday. In Dec. 25, Chinese Student Union in TKK had organised a meeting for each homebody...And there was no snowing, no transportation, no food. I was a little bit missing my hometown, Christmas day even is not the legal holiday in China, nevertheless, the atmosphere in every cities is better than here. While people will mingle together, with music in the street, they sing, dance, cheer and give apple as present one by one (Apple means safety, it is partial tone in Chinese)...Maybe I still haven't become a member of Finnish society.
